Big Brother and Big Sister Prints

Hey there, Lil’ Luna readers! I’m Beth from “it is what it is” and I’m super excited to be here as a guest host during Baby Daze!

There’s nothing quite as sweet nor exhausting as those first weeks at home with a newborn. Amid the snuggling and coos, there’s an endless cycle of diapers, feedings, laundry and, occasionally, an elusive nap. Add siblings into the mix and striking a balance can be difficult to say the least! That’s why it’s important to find simple ways to make a big brother or sister feel extra special. How about surprising them with a little treat bag adorned with a personalized tag?

1. Download the tags here and print on your choice of paper. (I prefer glossy photo paper for its finish and durability.)

2. Cut tags with 3″ scallop or circle punch.
3. Using glue gun, adhere a bar pin to the back of each tag.
4. Fold over top of small paper bag and punch two holes approximately 3/4″ apart.
5. Fill bag with treats and add custom tag.
6. Relish in the fact that you’ve just made an amazing big brother or sister’s day!
Thanks for having me, Kristyn! Congratulations to you and your sweet family on the birth of Baby Evie!
ENJOY!

P.S. Did these for Lily & Gav when they came to meet Evie at the hospital and they were sooo excited to wear their buttons and get their bags!! Thanks Beth!!

Thanks so much for these, I plan to make a few up and keep with my cards. I'll slip one or two in when I send a baby congrats for the siblings…maybe make them into a magnet to mail easier. *Ü*

I am very new to tag making but absolutely adore the scalloped tags with inner circle. I am curious what everyone seems to use for the dots that go around the circle, they seem so perfect that there must be an easy way to do it!! Please help, so desperate to make these. Is the writing just off of a regular computer as well?

Hi Jenni! It’s something that you can design in photoshop and other programs. And then you just use a scalloped punch to cut it out. It’s so easy and cute! :)

Thank you for replying, I do not have Photoshop or really much on my computer so this could be harder than I thought!! I will have to search for something. Thanks again!
