Best Fruit Dip

Delicious Fruit Dip - this creamy, cool and AMAZING dip is the perfect recipe to make and share at your next gathering! Everyone loves it! Made with rum flavoring, cool whip, cream cheese, marshmallow fluff, and a few more ingredients!

I already mentioned earlier this week that we had a baby shower for my SIL this past weekend. We decided to go with a breakfast theme, and man – it was a hit!! Along with a French Toast Bake, Cinnamon Roll Cake, Lemon Glazed Poppy Seed Muffins and more we had a bunch of fruit. My mom decided to try out a new Fruit Dip to go with it, and we all ended up loving it. Once you see the ingredients you’ll probably understand why. 🙂

We were lucky to have a little leftover dip this weekend that the hubby has been happily devouring. He especially liked it with strawberries and apples. I had some with cantaloupe and loved it! It really is so yummy on any kind of fruit!

Here’s the recipe:

Best Fruit Dip

Ingredients
  • ¼ cup butter
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ¼ cup evaporated milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • ½ tsp. rum flavoring
  • 8 oz. cream cheese (1 bar) softened
  • 6 oz. marshmallow cream
  • ½ small cool whip tub
Instructions
  1. Bring butter, sugar and evaporated milk to a boil in a medium saucepan. Once it comes to a boil, boil for 2 minutes.
  2. Stir in vanilla and rum flavoring and cool.
  3. In a separate bowl beat cream cheese until fluffy. Add milk mixture and marshmallow cream.
  4. Stir in cool whip and refrigerate for 2-3 hours before serving.
  5. Serve with fruit and ENJOY!
