Blogging Tips: How to ADD Facebook Fan Page to Blog

Wow – I thought this would have been so easy, and it was…
ONCE I KNEW WHAT THE HECK I WAS DOING!

Thanks to my friend, Ashley from Cute As A Fox, I was finally able to add my
Lil’ Luna Facebook Page to my sidebar (thanks Ash)!

Here’s how to do it:

1 – Create a Page on Facebook.

2. Once created, go to your page and go to Edit Page
(right under your page’s profile pic).

3. On the right hand side, you will see a box that says “Promote Your Page,” under which is a Link that says: Promote with a Like Box – Click on that.

4. There you will see info about the “Like Box,” and you will see:
Facebook Page ID: 185550966885
Width: 292
Connections: 10
Stream: (Checked)
Header: (Checked)

5. Change it to the following:
Facebook Page ID: (Your ID, which can be found at the end of the link of your page.
For example, for my Lil’ Luna Page, the link on top is:
http://www.facebook.com/pages/edit/?id=135897133103869#!/pages/Lil-Luna-All-Things-Good/135897133103869

My ID is: 135897133103869

I then changed the Width to 150
and UNCHECKED the STREAM box.

6. Then press “GET CODE,” and it will give you an HTML.

7. Go to your blog and add a gadget – HTML Code, and copy the code in there and SAVE.

VOILA!

You just added your Facebook Page to you Blog.
It may seem complicated but I promise it’s not.
