Temple Pictures With No WORDS

Wow – I had no idea how popular the Temple Block I made was going to be.
We started with one temple antiqued, and now we have over 20! Thank you to everyone who was kind enough to share their pictures so that others could make this project with ‘their’ temple.I have had many ask to have the pictures sent to them without the text, so that they could make it for Relief Society projects and what not, so I decided I would just add all of them to the blog.
In a post from Saturday, I did a tutorial that showed you how to add your own text to you pictures. With these pictures, and that tutorial, the possibilities are endless.
Also – we are still looking for more temple pics… we would love to have ALL of them on here, so if you have a picture or know of someone who has a non-copyrighted picture that is good quality (a few thousand pixels x a few thousand pixels) send it my way, and we will antique it and add it to the blog.

NOTES:

If you want to learn how you can add text yourself to these temple pictures, please go HERE.

Thank you for your photos. This month's visiting teaching message is on temples so I made them for the sisters I teach. It brought them to tears. I couldn't decide what temple to use so I made it double sided. Our temple closest to us on one side and the Salt lake on the other.Jill

Hey! I found this through Pinterest…this blog post is from a while ago, but I was wondering if I sent you pictures of the Salt Lake City temple you could make one without words with it?? These are all beautiful!

    • 31

I have the pic with the words already. Do you want me to email it to you? Because of all the emails I get it’s hard for me to do antique temple pics that I’ve already done. I hope you understand. :)

    Kristina Noall :

Thank you very, very much for doing this! I just gave a framed 8×10 of your Mesa temple pic to my visiting teachee for her birthday–she’s a recent convert, and my companion and I have been trying to encourage her to go to the temple. We’ve noticed she doesn’t have any pictures of any temples in her home, and have talked about getting her one. So I decided a birthday present was perfect, and thanks to you, I was able to do it for about $10–$5 once my comp pays for her half. Very important to my tight budget. Anyway, thank you again–hoping someone sends in a picture of the Gilbert AZ temple ASAP, so she can replace the Mesa one with that when it’s completed. :)

    • 55

SO glad you were able to give that picture as a gift, Kristina!! I will be taking pictures of the Gilbert AZ temple as soon as it’s finished. :)

  45. 56

I know this post was awhile ago. I was wondering if I could get the Salt lake temple not looking so scratched up but more clean looking. I was wondering if I could get it to download and just hang on my wall in a picture frame. I would love it to look cleaner in black and white and/or sepia. Is that a possibility? thanks so much

I love all the pictures and thanks so much for all the hard work and these wonderful pictures!!

  46. 58

Hi I love you pictures. Do you have a picture of the columbia, sc temple? We are doing this project for RS this month.

  47. 59

Thank you so much for the pictures of the temples. My daughter (just turned 12) has been looking at them and trying to decide which temple she wants to be sealed in. I notice that there is no picture of the Anchorage Alaska Temple. Anyone have a picture?

  48. 60

I just took a pic of the Denver Temple on my phone, not sure how good it is, but I can send it. Also I have a million of the Mesa AZ temple. Let me know how to send them.
