We all have dreams, right?

So, here’s what my dream is for my children:
In a world that is so focused on “What can I get?” ”How much can I have?” and “Who can I be better than?” my one dream is for my children to rise above the materialism that is so rampant in today’s society and to find joy in the one thing that has brought me the most joy – family. While looks fade, things get lost and money disappears, family will always be there. I will consider myself a success if I can teach my children to find the pure joy of bringing a life into this world and raising him or her with good morals and selflessness. Hopefully, if I raise my children well enough then one day this dream of mine will become their dream as well.
