I think it was Peter Brady who said that in an episode of The Brady Bunch, and since then it’s always stuck in my head whenever I think of PORK CHOPS!
Any who, I never thought I was much of a Pork Chop Kinda Gal, but I guess I was wrong. They taste really good!!
My mom told me that these babies are always on sale, so awhile back her and I each bought a big bag of them at Albertsons. It was about $10, and it came with 12 or more Pork Chops (I usually freeze 2-3 chops in 1 freezer bag and pull them out as needed). She also gave me some recipes she had been collecting cuz she knew I was wanting to make some. I ended up combining a few of the recipes and this is what I came up with.
It’s probably the
EASIEST, YUMMIEST, MOST INEXPENSIVE Dinner
you could make! It seriously just takes minutes to make, a little bit of time to cook, and it ends up tasting like you had been working on it all day(I always like those kinds, since I don’t do them very often! – Haha.)
INGREDIENTS:
-Pork Chops
-3 Eggs-1/2 sleeve of Ritz Crackers-Garlic Salt-Pepper
-Butter or Spray Butter
-Parmesan Cheese
1 – Begin by crushing up Ritz crackers in a bowl. Sprinkle in garlic salt and Parmesan cheese. Set aside.

2 – Put eggs in bowl and stir around. Dip Pork Chops in Eggs.
3 – Then place Pork Chops in crack mixture making sure it is all over.

4 – Place Pork Chops in Greased Pan and cut squares of butter and place on and around pork chops (or use spray butter so you don’t feel so bad eating them). Bake at 375 for 45 minutes.
You can also cube some potatoes and put them around the pork chops in the pan. Super yummy!
