Did you know the Chinese New Year is coming up?
If you didn’t, I thought I’d let you know because it’s a great holiday! We celebrate it every year as a family ever since I returned home from living in China back in over 10 years ago. I lived there as a Volunteer English teacher and cherished my time there. Fortunately, here in Arizona there are still several celebrations and in downtown Phoenix they have a Chinese Cultural Center that we take the kids to each year. It is a blast!
To celebrate I will be sharing some yummy asian dishes with you over the next few weeks. This next one is a family favorite that we make all the time. What’s best about this Fried Eggrolls Recipe is that it requires few igredients, is easy and makes eggrolls that can be eaten by the dozen!!
