I think I mentioned this last year but in case I didn’t, our family always looks forward to New Year’s Eve, and I’ll tell you why….
The whole night is filled with family fun and fireworks as we each bring appetizers and yummy food to eat and share all night long. It’s kind of our way of celebrating that year and getting in all that yummy food before the New Years Resolutions start the next day. Sure, it’s unhealthy but we love it and we look forward to it each year.
One of the items we almost always make is this Homemade Bruschetta Recipe. It’ really easy and is so yummy!
Here is how you can make it too:

For easy bread pieces to go with the bruschetta, I’ll show what we do…
1. Buy hogi sandwich rolls. Cut in slices and place on a cookie sheet.
2. Butter slices and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Broil on HIGH for 2-5 minutes (dependent on how fast and hot your oven is).
Serve the bread pieces with your bruschetta.
Talk about an easy, quick and yummy appetizer! I promise you’ll love this. It is a family favorite that can be made so easily and tastes so good!
ENJOY!

Oh my …. so easy! Delicious
Recipe is not showing up…..
Sorry about that… just fixed it.
I would love to have the recipe, too!
Is the garlic minced? And is it fresh, chopped basil…or dried basil? Thanks – this looks great and I’d hate to screw it up!
Yes, the garlic is minced and the basil is dried basil. Will go back and edit those so others know. Hope you like it! XO
