We needed a family night treat and I had the perfect idea in mind. I had seems some yummy-looking Easter goodies on Pinterest that I’ve been wanting to try out. They came from Bakeaholic Mama and have Mini Cadbury Eggs in them, which means they HAD to be good!
I decided to make them this past Monday, and they were a hit. The only problem was that the kids wanted to help me make them, which meant I had a hard time keeping them away from the Cadbury Eggs… all they wanted to do was eat them the entire time!! Fortunately, I was able to save enough for us to use in the recipe.
I made my blondies in a 8×8 pan but would highly recommend baking in an 11×7. The centers of mine were still a little gooey while the top was well cooked.

Mini eggs and blondies! So gorgeous and even better entering my mouth! I bought those delicious eggs yesterday… But in order to use one bag, I need to buy TWO! (The one bag is for snacking!)

You can’t go wrong with the mini cadbury eggs. I could eat them by the bagful. I can only imagine how amazing they’d be in a cookie. Thanks so much for the great recipe!
