Mini Candy Corn Pies

Are you thinking about pie yet? Or are you still trying to get over the sugar coma from this week?

The reality is Thanksgiving is just weeks away, and I’m definitely not ready for it!!

My mom and her sisters have already gotten together to discuss the family food assignments. We’re usually given the same assignment each year to make things easy on us. I’m usually one of the “potato” dishes… you know, a few of us do mashed, a few more do funeral potatoes or scalloped potatoes. I told my mom we should shake things up this year. We’re all kinda sick of doing the same thing, and I think I’ll offer to do pie. I’m no pumpkin pie maker, but I’ve become quite obsessed with these Mini Graham Cracker Crusts that make the perfect serving sizes. I’ve made a few recipes with them so far (you can go HERE and HERE if you’d like to see them). I wanted to try one more that I think will be perfect for Thanksgiving. And I especially think they will be a hit with the kids.

They are Mini Candy Corn Pies! Not only do they look cute but they taste so yummy!!

And I think they will be such a hit with the kiddos!!

Here’s the recipe:

  1. Begin by making vanilla pudding as directed on box. Pour pudding into the bottom of each mini graham crust.
  2. Next, make butterscotch pudding as directed and pour over vanilla layer in each mini graham crust.
  3. Then you will make the white chocolate pudding as directed but add 1 cup of cool whip as well and mix. Pour over the butterscotch layer. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  4. Just before serving, top off each pie with a dollop of cool whip and a candy corn. ENJOY!

Love, love, love this! I was worried you would use lemon pudding, and the flavors would be weird, but those 3 together sound yummy! Thanks for the great idea!
