It’s Jenny Raulli from Bloom Designs back on Lil Luna to share a great Mother’s Day idea for your little ones. My great gift is being a mom. I almost feel guilty about the kids doing things on Mother’s Day because I could really never repay them for what they have given me. BUT… I think they really enjoy doing something kind for me. These Mommy’s Helper Jars are a very sweet gift for the kids to give moms or grandmas on Mother’s Day and will make them feel like they are helping out and an important part of the family.
There are 12 jobs that the kids or mom can pull from the jar. The moms may need to over see a few of them but let the kids feel like they are really doing it on their own. I think it gives them confidence and a sense of worth. Moms and kids can decide how often to pull from the jar- daily weekly or even monthly. Whatever works best for their family.

Print on bright white card stock for best results. Let the children cut around each square and fold each chore card in half. Fill a mason jar or other container with the chores and attach the Mom’s Helper Jar to the front. Add a ribbon and you are sure to have a gift moms and grandmas will really appreciate.
