I have some more fun Valentine’s creations for you. This next one was made using the recipe I posted earlier today – White Chocolate Puppy Chow. I know half the people I meet call it Puppy Chow while the other half calls it Muddy Buddies. This next gift idea was made with the the latter name in mind. I thought it would be fun for my daughter to take some little treats to her “buddies” in her Preschool class. We found these cute little paper buckets in the dollar section at Target and used them to fill the treats with. You could use anything really (even little baggies) with the printable, and that would do the trick.
Here is how the Muddy Buddy Valentines turned out:
Cute and simple, which is how I like to do things.
Here is how you can make them:
SUPPLIES:
- Container for Cereal (small bucket, jar, bag)
- Printable (available below)
- Muddy Buddies (Recipe link below)
- Glue Dots or Glue Stick
DIRECTIONS:
1. Begin by Saving and Printing your labels. Do that by clicking on the color of tag you want above, and then RIGHT-CLICK and SAVE. Then you can open it up in a program like WORD and can re-size it to the size you need.
2. Add your label to you container/bag. I glued it on with a glue stick {easy!!}
3. Fill your container with the Puppy Chow/Muddy Buddies.

{This one we filled the cute little buckets from Target’s dollar section – LOTS of options to use!}
This Valentine’s idea is simple, quick and yummy and will most likely be a hit with any kid or person who gets it!
I know my kids have been asking me to make the recipe again since we tried it out, so I’m definitely going to keep this recipe handy for our weekly Movie Nights.
