Oatmeal Raisinets Coconut Cookies

You guys know how much I LOVE baking, right?

Well, today I’m happy to share another fun baking concoction.

Like most the recipes I post, these Oatmeal Raisinet Coconut Cookies are quick and easy!

Oatmeal Raisinet Coconut Cookies

A quick and easy cookie recipe with oatmeal, Raisinets and coconut!

Ingredients

1/2 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 cup flour
1 1/2 cups rolled oats
1 cup shredded coconut
1 cup Raisinets
1/2 cup toffee bits

Instructions

Cream together butter and sugar.
Add vanilla and eggs and mix well.
In a separate bowl mix flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Add oatmeal and mix.
Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients. Mix well. Add toffee bits and coconut and Raisinets.
Spoon onto greased baking sheet. Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes. ENJOY!
