RECIPE OF THE WEEK:
TWICE BAKED POTATOES
(Pic from Kraft Foods)INGREDIENTS:
-Potatoes
-Cheese
-Bacon
-Salt/Pepper
-Sour Cream
DIRECTIONS:
1. Pierce potatoes with a fork in a few spots. Place on pan and cook in oven for 1 hour at 400 degrees.
2. When hour is up, take potatoes out and let cool for a good 10-15 minutes.
3. Cut potatoes in half and spoon out potatoes into a large bowl. Try to keep skins intact.
4. Add sour cream (about a cup) for 6 potatoes, shredded cheese and bacon (I use pre-cooked bacon and cut it up). Mix together, and add salt and pepper.
5. Spoon mixture back into potato skins. Sprinkle with more shredded cheese and bake another 15-20 minutes at 350 degrees.
And that’s it – SOOO good, and SOOO easy!!
TIP OF THE WEEK:
Use air-freshener to clean mirrors: It does a good job and better still, leaves a lovely smell to the shine.
ENJOY!

Yummy! I have never seen them sliced that way before. I like it! I've only ever seen them sliced the long way. This looks so much better!
