Sears Holiday Shop + Christmas Lights IDEAS #Searsrealcheer #CBias

I LOVE the holidays?
Can you tell.
It’s not like I’ve been posting about them since August or anything. ;)
Well, one of my FAVORITE things to do
during the holidays is:
DECORATE
It takes a lot of TIME {at least a good 2 days}, and is quite a bit of WORK, but I absolutely LOVE the way my house looks when all the decor and all the lights are up.
I was able to get all my decorations up {in the house} two weeks before Thanksgiving
{we are still working on outdoor lighting}.
AND before you give me a hard time about decorating so early here’s my reason:
If I’m going to go through all the work to decorate, I want to be able to enjoy for at LEAST 6 weeks.} LOL.

As usual, I’m always in charge of decorating the inside, but the hubby is in charge of the outside. I always help him of course, but he does all the dirty work.
After pulling out all the bins we noticed that we didn’t have enough lights to decorate the house we recently moved into, so we had a to buy some new lights.
We checked out some lights from SEARS online and then were able to score some great deals on Black Friday.
I slowly realized that there were probably a gazillion things I could have bought, but in the end we bought some lights for our driveway, TONS of icicle lights and some Lit Christmas Trees {the swirly kinds}.

I also did some research and decided there were so many things I want to do with our Outdoor Lights in the future…
From BHG

From Babble

{A tomato cage + Christmas Lights = GENIUS!!}
Pretty awesome, huh?
For even more inspiration and great deals please visit:
Sears {as well as here and here}.
We still are not done decorating but hope to be by the weekend… slowly realizing that this will be something we work on for the next several years as we slowly but surely get all the Outdoor Lighting we need. :)
ENJOY!
