I know not every state in the U.S. allows it, but we LOVE having fireworks here in Arizona around the holidays. We're only allowed to have them in certain cities on certain days, but it sure is fun and all the kids in the family LOVE them! I have always been fond on sparklers and think they are so pretty and fun to play with and thought it would be fun to make a fun gift out of them.
