I recently was able to help my mom make a gift for a wedding,
and I was glad how it turned out.
(Making/Giving presents, in my opinion, can be stressful!!)
Since Subway Art is SO IN right now,
I made a Personalized Subway Art Glass Frame.
And here’s how I did it…
- A Wood Frame (I get most of mine at Goodwill on half off Saturdays)
- Hot Glue
-Super Glue
- Vinyl
- Spray Paint
- Ribbon (if needed)
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Find a frame and paint if needed.
2. Take out glass and clean. Also pull out the metal tabs that hold in the picture backing.
3. Add vinyl to glass. Set aside.
4. Add ribbon to the top of the frame if it doesn’t have hanging teeth. Add using a staple gun. Measure the top and mark the center, and then mark 2-3 inches on either side of the center mark and that should help you staple the ribbon in easier.
5. Add super glue to the four corners of the frame. Add hot glue to the top, bottom and sides of the frame.
6. Place glass in frame.
