I LOVE Watermelon season, don’t you?!
It’s almost as if there is nothing more refreshing and juicier than a good ol’ piece of watermelon, wouldn’t you agree?
Well, my dad is known for his “concoctions in the kitchen”, and one he is best known for is his Watermelon Juice. It’s a family favorite, and I will be sharing it with you today.
I promise you won’t be disappointed if you try it! 
Watermelon Juice

A very yummy and refreshing drink that is perfect for the hot, summer weather!
Ingredients

- 1/4 Watermelon
- 4 Strawberries
- 1/8 cup Sugar
- 1/8 cup Water
- 1 cup Crushed Ice
Instructions
- To start off, cut your watermelon into quarters. Spoon one quarter of the watermelon into your blender.
- Cut the tops off of 4 strawberries and add to your blender. Mix.
- Add remaining ingredients to blender (1/8 cup sugar, 1/8 cup water, and 1 cup ice). Blend well. This makes two very large glasses of juice. A whole watermelon will make about 8-12 servings, but you will have to add and mix these ingredients each time so it can all fit in your blender. :)

Oh my goodness, it is good!! The hubby and I agreed that it was the most refreshing drink we’ve had – and it’s perfect for the summer!!

I can imagine your dad puttering around in the kitchen making his concoctions, this one looks like a winner! I love watermelon juice and I can verify that it’s really good, sweet and very light.
