Hi, it’s me, Lily – again!
Today, it was my brother’s 2nd T-Ball game, and this time I brought the video camera and I video taped him! I took video for 21 minutes of his game. It was really fun.
Tomorrow it’s my little sister’s birthday (Evie). Mom and I picked out some presents for her. We bought her a princess dress and a pair of princess gloves and a purse. We also bought her some Princess shoes and some Starburst. We’re going to give it to her in the morning. I think she’ll love it!
Today’s recipe is another Easter one. Mom found some Bunny Pretzels at Target. We think pretzels taste so much better dipped in chocolate, so that’s what we did. We made White Chocolate Bunny Pretzels and we added a White Sixlet for the tail. They are sooo yummy and so easy to make!!
THE GAME PLAN:
Don’t they look yummy? Cuz they are!!!
- Bunny Pretzels
- Vanilla Candy Coating
- White Sixlets
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Melt 6-7 cubes of candy coating by placing them in a small pot on low heat. Stir continually until they are melted.
- Dip Pretzels (all but tails) in the chocolate. Place on parchment paper and let set.
- Once set, melt 1-2 more cubes of candy coating on low heat and dip the tails in the chocolate. Add a White Sixlet to the tail and place on parchment paper. Let set.
Mom found these pretzels in the Easter section at Target.
We dipped the pretzels in melted white chocolate… all except the tail part and put them on wax paper to set.
After they set we melted more chocolate and dipped the tail in it and then added the white sixlet and let them dry.
I hope you like my treat!!
I hope you can come back again soon for more yummy treats from me.
