You’ve never tasted a better combo of 4 ingredients that comes together in less than 5 minutes! I am always needing a quick treat to throw together for Girls Night, movie night, or after school snackin’, and this Cheesecake dip is the perfect solution.
Quick and EAsy Dip
I’d like you all to say hello to the tastiest, quickest, and easiest dip around.
Cheesecake dip.
Because this dip is so quick and simple, I make it often! The best part is you can serve it with whatever you have around. We love to eat it with butter waffle cookies from Trader Joe’s, graham crackers, and even Oreos would be tasty dipped in this smooth and creamy dip!
Next time you need a quick and easy snack, look no more. I bet you have everything in the house to make this right now.
4 ingredients, 5 minutes
I’m not joking when I say this dip is ready in less than 5 minutes. All you do is take your ingredients (cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, and vanilla extract), and beat it with a hand mixer until smooth. Period. The end!
Note: Be extra certain the the cream cheese is thoroughly softened, but not melted. This will ensure a creamy smooth dip.
Mix Ins. Try using white or brown chocolate chips, M&M’s, chopped reese’s cup, chopped nuts, or swirl in chocolate or caramel sauce. The simplicity of this dessert means it pairs well with so many other delicious ingredients. Have fun creating!
More dipping options: Aside from the cookies and crackers that are delicious to dip you can also dip various fruits such as strawberries, sliced apples, grapes, pineapple, sliced peaches and bananas.
Additional Tips:
How to store: Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days in the fridge. If the dip has been on the fridge for awhile allow 15-20 minutes for it to soften on the counter before dipping. I do not recommend freezing this dip.

This was a dangerous thing to teach me how to make. I’m already coming up with ways to tweak this and make different flavors. White chocolate raspberry?! Thanks for sharing!

I think I found the dessert I’m making for my Anniversary next week!!!
