I’m tickled silly to be here today! Isn’t Kristyn the sweetest? I was flattered that she asked me to stop by and share something with all of you! I thought a food gift might be perfect with the holidays just around the corner; however, they would make a great gift year round for that matter. Cinnamon Roasted Almonds. Tell me those don’t sound delicious?!? I love almonds and these are amazing!

I picked up these cute little pails at Michael’s and thought they were perfect for packaging and gifting! A hand-written label adds the perfect personal touch too. Don’t you agree?

Cinnamon Roasted Almonds Recipe

Cinnamon Roasted Almonds recipe. Crunchy almonds dressed in olive oil, salt, and cinnamon!!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups raw whole almonds
  • 1/2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 250. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Put almonds in a large bowl, add olive oil and stir well.
  3. Sprinkle in cinnamon and salt. Toss to coat.
  4. Spread almonds evenly on baking sheet. Bake 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
  5. Cool and store in air tight container.

Note: If almonds are frozen, they stay fresh up to a year.
