Whether you’re on a specific diet or not, the fact that when you eat better, you FEEL better is an undeniable truth! So lately we’ve been focused on eating better.

The good news is that there are recipes out there that give you the best of both worlds – healthy AND tasty/filling (for all our healthy recipes CLICK HERE).

These wraps, made using Flatout Flatbreads, are one of those recipes. We ended up making two slightly different versions using Flatout‘s Light Original Flatbreads.

Can these Flatout wraps be made ahead?

  • We do not suggest making these all the way ahead of time or they can get soggy,
  • A trick we use to make the assembly process faster, is to chop up all the vegetables and cooked bacon and keep them in separate containers in the fridge.
  • Then we use it all up over the next few days, grabbing them out and quickly throwing together a wrap because all the prep work is already done!

Are there substitutes for the mayo and ranch?

You can use nonfat greek yogurt or even mix greek yogurt and ranch dressing mix to create a nonfat homemade ranch.

I made this for the first time this even for dinner. We loved it. Even my extremely picky toddler ate his entire portion (a miracle)! Are these able to be frozen? I would love to have some stored for quick and easy heat-up if so!

    1. That’s awesome!! I haven’t tried freezing them, so I guess we need to find out 🙂 Thank you for letting me know. If you try freezing them, before I do, let me know how they turn out!
