Super soft and gooey White Chocolate Cherry Chip Cookies!! YUM! { lilluna.com } Recipe includes cherry chip cake box mix, cream cheese, white chocolate chips, and powdered sugar.

Hi, it’s me, Lily!

I hope you’re having a great summer so far. I hope you had a great Fourth of July. It rained here in Texas. We didn’t let it ruin our Fourth of July, though. We got out the umbrellas, climbed our fort and watched fireworks. There was also lots of thunder which scared Gavin and Evie and probably, Wesley. I wasn’t scared at all. I love the rain, and I LOVE splashing in puddles.

Today, Gavin and I had a daddy date and we went to Dairy Queen and the bookstore. We got ice cream and mozzarella sticks. My dad and brother even split a chili cheese dog!! Then, we went and looked at books. At the bookstore, there is a Smurfs 2 book just in case you want to look at it. And did you know Smurfs 2 is on Netflix now?? We watched it this week for the first time and we liked it. 🙂

My mom and I also made some cookies today. We made Gooey White Chocolate Cherry Chip Cookies. That is a long name!! At one part we got to taste the batter and it was so good. I think you should let your kids try the batter too. The cookies were really good. We even added pink food coloring to make it more pink. I think we found the perfect pink because the cookies were beautiful!!

THE GAME PLAN:

The Game Plan - Gooey White Chocolate Cherry Chip Cookies
It was so much fun making these. It didn’t take long, and we even got a break when we put it in the fridge to chill. 🙂
