Do you like Greek food?
I never knew how much I really liked it until we started going to a restaurant called Zoe’s Kitchen while we lived in Houston. Have you been there? We had some friends suggest it, and I’m so glad they did because it quickly became a new favorite. Before then, I didn’t really have a stance on Greek food, but now I can say I LOVE it!! The food is flavorful and everything I tried there was amazing. I’ve been experimenting at home with more Greek flavors and ingredients and recently tried making some Greek Chicken Wraps. They turned out amazing, and I’m so glad I gave them a try. I now have another quick and tasty lunch or dinner recipe I can whip up. I still want to try recreating the Greek Pasta Salad that is my absolute favorite item at the chain and will share that once I have it figured out. 😉
In the meantime, I hope you can try this Greek Chicken Wrap. It’s simple, tasty and full of flavor. Here is what you’ll need to make this easy recipe…
- 2-3 cups shredded romaine lettuce
- 2 cups cooked chicken, chopped
- ½ cup feta cheese
- ½ cucumber, peeled and chopped
- ½ cup Greek dressing
- 5-6 flour tortillas (8 inch)
- Add the first 4 ingredients to a medium bowl.
- Mix in Greekdressing until evenly coated.
- Spoon into tortillas and wrap up. Enjoy!
You can also add tomatoes, olives and onions to this, depending on what you like. 🙂
