I first became obsessed with these mini Graham Pie Crusts a few years ago when I spotted them in the baking section at the grocery store. I’m so glad I found them because I have made so many treats using them and love that they are the perfect individual-sized goodies. After recently making our Mini S’mores Pies I realized I could add a little bit of candy to make an Easter version. So, I headed to the store and picked up some bunny PEEPS and some edible candy grass. With those goodies and some sprinkles I made these super cute Mini Bunny Pudding Pies. The kids thought they were so fun and devoured them in minutes. What’s great is they can easily be changed up with different peeps or even with Chocolate bunnies or chicks. The possibilities are endless!!
If you are looking for something simple, quick and delicious for Easter I think these little guys would be PERFECT for you. Plus, if your kids are like mine they tend to go for chocolate over carrot cake or other Easter treats. š
Here is what you’ll need to make them:
Mini Bunny Pudding Pies Recipe
Ingredients
- 3.4 oz instant chocolate pudding mix
- 2 cups cold milk
- 6 mini graham cracker crusts
- crushed oreos
- easter candy Peeps and edible candy grass
- sprinkles
Instructions
- Whisk pudding mix and milk together in a bowl until well combined.
- Pour into mini graham cracker crusts. Chill for 5 minutes.
- Top with crushed Oreos, candy and sprinkles. ENJOY!
Like I mentioned above, you can substitute the PEEPS for chocolate bunnies or chicks to add more variety too. Best part? These take just minutes to make (my kind of treat!!)

What a fun Easter desert idea! I love those little mini pie crusts but my local grocery store stopped carrying them. I will have to check some other nearby stores as I bet my youngest would love to help me make these.
These are super cute!! Great idea to use chocolate bunnies instead of Peeps of which my whole family (myself included) are not a fan of them. I love mini graham cracker crusts too! Thanks so much š
I like the chocolate bunnies over the Peeps too, but my kids still love the Peeps. š
Perfect Easter dessert!
