Love is in the air and soon it will be Valentine’s Day. And It’s the perfect sweet treat to share with that someone special. Whether you want to surprise the kids after school or serve it after your Valentine’s Day dinner, it will be an awesome hit.

The serving size can depend on what you like. I went with these 8 oz. canning jars, placed the rims in melted hot fudge, and then dipped them onto a plate of sprinkles.

I think this could be a fun way to involve kids in the kitchen too if they want to help!

Storing Tips

STORE leftover milkshake in a freezer-safe cup, preferably with a lid, and keep it in the FREEZER for about a week. It will definitely thicken up so do not freeze it with a straw in it!

Let it thaw slightly before trying to put a straw in it and drinking it. If you are planning on keeping it in the freezer for a while you will want to have a lid on it to prevent freezer burn

This Red Velvet Milkshake is fun to make and will please your Valentine!
