How to make these yummy Snowman Truffle Pops!! Super easy and just a few ingredients, including delicious Lindor White Chocolate Truffles!

My kids are always wanting to help with all my kitchen creations. Each day, my daughter asks if she can make some treats for her “imaginary” Christmas party she will be hosting that night. It makes me laugh but we usually get in there and make something fun.

The other day I was trying to think of something simple and delish for her little party, and together we thought of something perfect!

We made Snowman Truffle Pops!

MY OTHER RECIPES

They were soooo easy to do and turned out pretty darn cute if I say so myself.

My kiddos devoured these things and easily went through a few each, but they loved their “Snowman Pops”!

Here is how you can make them too:

INGREDIENTS:

– Lindt Lindor White Chocolate Truffles

– Royal Icing (powdered sugar and water)

– Food Coloring – black & orange

– Sucker Sticks

– Candy Cane Striped Washi Tape (if you want the striped part on the stick)

DIRECTIONS:

1. If you want your sticks to have a candy cane stripe on them all you need to do is cut yourself a piece of washi tape the length you want it and put it on the stick vertically. Cut off any excess you don’t want to use. Cute and easy!

2. Then you will place your sticks through the bottom of the truffle. There is already a perfectly indented little hole that is perfect. Make sure you hold the truffle securely to prevent it from cracking when inserting the stick.

3. From there you will make your royal icing which is just a little powdered sugar and very little water. Add your food coloring and place in ziploc baggies. Cut the corner of your bag and use that end to place your rocks and carrot on your snowman. For the carrot I just left a glob of orange icing where the nose should be and grabbed a toothpick and dragged it over and made a point. Worked perfectly! {Keep refrigerated until ready to be served.}

And that’s it!!

These truffle snowmen are sure to be a hit at your next holiday event. Not only will the kids love them, but so will the adults because we all know how DELICIOUS these Lindor Truffles are, right!?
