- 4-5 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 8-10 asparagus spears
- 3/4-1 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese grated
- olive oil
- lemon pepper
Prepare asparagus by washing and trimming off ends.
Without cutting all the way through, cut chicken breasts on the side long-ways.
Stuff each breast with cheese and 2 spears.
Rub a little olive oil on the top of each breast and sprinkle with lemon pepper and Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 350 for about 25-30 minutes.
