Ingredients

  • 1-2 cups frozen spinach
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1/2 cup strawberries
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1-1 1/2 cups milk we used almond milk and it tasted great
  • 1/2-1 tbsp flaxseed oil

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients in a blender and serve immediately.
  • This smoothie is a great way to start your day. Jam packed with real fruit and flaxseed oil which adds tons of nutrients. Remember to replace with whichever fruits you prefer. Endless possibilities!
