Healthy and Delicious Green Smoothie - packed with strawberries, pineapple, mango, bananas, spinach, and flaxseed!

- 1-2 cups frozen spinach
- 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 1 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1/2 cup strawberries
- 1/2 banana
- 1-1 1/2 cups milk we used almond milk and it tasted great
- 1/2-1 tbsp flaxseed oil
Mix all ingredients in a blender and serve immediately.
This smoothie is a great way to start your day. Jam packed with real fruit and flaxseed oil which adds tons of nutrients. Remember to replace with whichever fruits you prefer. Endless possibilities!
