BLT Pasta Salad Recipe

BLT Pasta Salad - macaroni with bacon, tomatoes and lettuce all combined to make a delicious recipe perfect for potlucks and BBQs!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp chili sauce
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 3 cups elbow macaroni cooked
  • 1 tomato chopped
  • 3 cups lettuce shredded
  • 6 strips bacon cooked and crumbled

Instructions

  • Combine mayonnaise, chili sauce, lemon juice and sugar in a medium bowl. Add macaroni and mix well.
  • Add the remaining ingredients and toss until coated. Refrigerate for at least one hour before serving. ENJOY!
