Ingredients

  • 4 slices sourdough bread
  • 6 slices turkey
  • 2 slices mozzarella cheese
  • fresh basil leaves
  • 1 tomato
  • 2 tbsp mayo with olive oil

Instructions

  1. Spread Mayo on back sides of bread and place back sides together.

  2. Add turkey, cheese, basil and tomatoes.
  3. Grill in panini press for about 3 minutes. If you do not have a grill, carefully place on skillet and cook for 4 minutes on each side or until cheese is melted. Serve warm. ENJOY!
