Prosciutto Wrapped Asparagus with Lemon Herb Aioli Recipe

- 12-16 spears fresh asparagus
- 3-5 oz prosciutto very thinly sliced, cut into halves
- salt and pepper to taste
Lemon Herb Aioli
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise heaping
- 1/2 lemon juice
- 2 tsp rosemary fresh, finely minced
- salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Rinse asparagus, and pat dry with paper towels. Wrap each individual spear of asparagus with a half piece of prosciutto and place on a baking sheet. Lightly sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake at 425 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until prosciutto is crisp.
While asparagus is baking, in a small bowl, stir together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, rosemary, salt and pepper. Serve along side the hot asparagus. Enjoy!
