Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts boneless, skinless
  • 2-3 TB olive oil
  • salt and pepepr

Instructions

  1. Place boneless, skinless chicken breasts in the crock pot.

  2. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

  3. Cook on LOW for 8 hours or on HIGH for 3-4 hours.

  4. Take out and shred while warm.
