Ingredients

  • 4 tortillas
  • 8 eggs scrambled
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 4 bacon slices
  • 2 cups cubed hash browns

Instructions

  1. Scramble eggs over medium low heat. Add cheese, salt and pepper (plus peppers if wanted).

  2. Cook up hashbrowns and bacon separately.

  3. Warm up tortillas and make burritos by adding eggs, a scoop of hashbrowns and a piece of bacon.

  4. Fold up and serve with salsa.
