- 2 English muffins
- 3 Eggs
- 2 Sausage patties
- 3 slices Bacon
- 2 slices Cheddar Cheese sliced
- Avocado optional
Cook eggs, omelet style with a little salt and pepper.
Cook sausage and bacon separately. Drain on paper towel lined plate.
Slice English muffins and toast. Sandwich together sausage, bacon, eggs and slice of cheese. Top with avocado if desired. Enjoy!
