Chicken Salad Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts cooked
  • 1 1/2 cups celery chopped
  • 1/2 cup whipping cream
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 2 tsp parsley chopped
  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds

Instructions

  1. Chop chicken into small cubes. Also chop celery and put aside.

  2. Make dressing by whipping heavy whipping cream. Add lemon juice, mayo, salt and pepper and whisk together.

  3. Add chicken, celery, parsley and almonds. Refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.
