Ambrosia Salad Recipe

Ambrosia Salad will take you straight back to your childhood. This Southern creamy fruit salad is filled with mini marshmallows!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 4 oz sour cream
  • 3 cups mini marshmallows
  • 6 clementines
  • 1/2 cup strawberries chopped
  • 1 cup pineapple chopped
  • 1 cup coconut grated
  • 1 cup pecans chopped (and toasted)
  • 1/2 cup maraschino cherries drained

Instructions

  • Add the cream and sugar to your kitchen-aid mixer bowl and whisk until stiff peaks form.
  • Add sour cream and whisk until combined.
  • Fold in marshmallows, oranges, pineapple, strawberries, coconut, pecans, and cherries until combined.
  • Transfer to a medium bowl, cover, and refrigerate for at least an hour or two before serving.
