Ambrosia Salad Recipe
Ambrosia Salad will take you straight back to your childhood. This Southern creamy fruit salad is filled with mini marshmallows!

- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 4 oz sour cream
- 3 cups mini marshmallows
- 6 clementines
- 1/2 cup strawberries chopped
- 1 cup pineapple chopped
- 1 cup coconut grated
- 1 cup pecans chopped (and toasted)
- 1/2 cup maraschino cherries drained
Add the cream and sugar to your kitchen-aid mixer bowl and whisk until stiff peaks form.
Add sour cream and whisk until combined.
Fold in marshmallows, oranges, pineapple, strawberries, coconut, pecans, and cherries until combined.
Transfer to a medium bowl, cover, and refrigerate for at least an hour or two before serving.
