Turkey Meatball Recipe

Put turkey meatballs on your dinner menu this week! Easy to whip up, full of flavor, and can be served with anything from rice to mashed potatoes or pasta noodles!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup Italian bread Crumbs
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic salt (with parsley flakes)
  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 egg beaten

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375° F Use cooking spray to spray a large cookie sheet.
  • In a large bowl mix together the turkey, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, onion powder, garlic salt and Italian seasoning. Then add the milk and egg. Mix until combined.
  • Divide the mixture into 15 balls. (They'll be just under 1/4 cup each.) Place them on the greased cookie sheet.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes. A meat thermometer would read 165°F.
  • Serve with your favorite meatball dinner, such as Pasta and Marinara Sauce.
