Turkey Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • ½ cup Italian bread Crumbs
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt (with parsley flakes)
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 1 egg, beaten

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F Use cooking spray to spray a large cookie sheet.
  • In a large bowl, mix turkey, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, onion powder, garlic salt, and Italian seasoning. Then add the milk and egg. Mix until combined.
  • Divide the mixture into 15 balls. (They'll be just under ¼ cup each.) Place them on the greased cookie sheet.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes. A meat thermometer would read 165°F.
  • Serve with your favorite meatball dinner, such as pasta and marinara sauce.
