Cilantro Lime Vinaigrette Recipe

- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1/3 cup white wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro leaves
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 1 jalapeno pepper seeded and chopped
- 1 tsp minced garlic minced
- 3/4 tsp garlic salt (with parsley flakes)
- 1/2 cup olive oil
Add lime juice, vinegar, cilantro, sugar, jalapeƱo, garlic and garlic salt to a blender and process together.
While processing the ingredients gradually add the oil on a steady stream.
Blend to combine.
