Dressing
- 1/4 c freshly squeezed orange juice
- zest one orange
- 1 tbsp honey or more, to taste
- 1/2 tsp poppy seeds
Salad
- 1 orange peeled and sliced
- 1 medium pineapple peeled, cored, cut into 1 inch cubes
- 1 small bunch seedless grapes cut grapes in half; about 2 cups
- 2 apples cubed
Whisk the dressing ingredients together in a small bowl.
Add the fruit for the salad to a large bowl.
Pour the dressing over the fruit and toss.
