Garlic Noodles Recipe

Sauce Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup soy sauce, low-sodium
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 1/2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- pinch cayenne pepper
Noodles:
- 12 ounces spaghetti noodles
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 5 tbsp minced garlic
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, finely shredded
- pinch red pepper flakes, optional
- green onions, chopped (optional)
Make sauce by combining soy sauce, oyster sauce, Worcestershire sauce, sesame oil, and cayenne pepper in a small bowl. Set aside.
Cook spaghetti noodles according to package instructions. Drain water.
Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for about 1 minutes. Add secret sauce and mix.
Add noodles and toss to coat. Sprinkle with shredded Parmesan cheese, red pepper flakes and green onions and serve immediately.
