Garlic Noodles Recipe

Perfectly spiced Garlic Noodles are flavored with a simple savory sauce. They are no fuss, but packed with flavor!!

Ingredients

Sauce Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup soy sauce, low-sodium
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • pinch cayenne pepper

Noodles:

  • 12 ounces spaghetti noodles
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 5 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, finely shredded
  • pinch red pepper flakes, optional
  • green onions, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  • Make sauce by combining soy sauce, oyster sauce, Worcestershire sauce, sesame oil, and cayenne pepper in a small bowl. Set aside.
  • Cook spaghetti noodles according to package instructions. Drain water.
  • Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for about 1 minutes. Add secret sauce and mix.
  • Add noodles and toss to coat. Sprinkle with shredded Parmesan cheese, red pepper flakes and green onions and serve immediately.
