- 3 cups chopped watermelon seedless
- ½ cup chopped green bell pepper
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- ½ tbsp chopped green onions
- 1 tbsp chopped jalapeno pepper seeded
- ½ tsp garlic salt
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
Place chopped watermelon in a colander to let excess juices drain. Don't skip this step!
