Apple Crumble Pie Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 9 inch deep dish pie crust
  • 6 cups apples, peeled, cored and thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup white sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 6 tablespoons butter

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • Add pie crust to your pie pan and set aside.
  • Toss apples in a Ziploc bag with flour and mix to coat. Remove apples and toss in a bag with sugar and cinnamon. Arrange slices in the pie dish making sure to include any excess cinnamon and sugar.
  • In a medium bowl, mix together sugars and flour and cut in butter until crumbly. Spoon the mixture over the apples covering the top.
  • Bake for 45 minutes. Top with whipped cream or serve warm with ice cream.
