- 1 9 inch deep dish pie crust
- 6 cups apples, peeled, cored and thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 6 tablespoons butter
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Add pie crust to your pie pan and set aside.
Toss apples in a Ziploc bag with flour and mix to coat. Remove apples and toss in a bag with sugar and cinnamon. Arrange slices in the pie dish making sure to include any excess cinnamon and sugar.
In a medium bowl, mix together sugars and flour and cut in butter until crumbly. Spoon the mixture over the apples covering the top.
Bake for 45 minutes. Top with whipped cream or serve warm with ice cream.
