Ingredients

  • 1(10-ounce) package frozen chopped spinach thawed and drained
  • ½ cup red bell pepper diced
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1(6.5-ounce) jar artichoke hearts drained and mashed
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • In a medium bowl, mix spinach, bell peppers, garlic, artichokes, sour cream, parmesan cheese, and heavy cream together.
  • Season with salt and pepper and pour an 8x8 baking dish.
  • Bake for 18-20 minutes and serve warm with chips or crackers.
