- 1 pound ground beef
- ½ tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- garlic salt
- ground black pepper
- 1 (10.5-ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom and chicken soup
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 (14.5-ounce) can green beans, drained
- 1 (15.25-ounce) can corn, drained
- 1 (16-ounce) package frozen tater tots
- 2 cups colby jack cheese, shredded (and divided)
- fresh parsley, chopped
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x13 dish and set aside.
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook and stir ground beef along with Worcestershire sauce, garlic salt, and pepper, until browned and crumbly (about 8-9 minutes).
Remove pan from heat, remove the grease, and add condensed soup, sour cream, green beans, corn, and 1 cup of cheese.
Pour this mixture into the prepared baking dish. Layer tater tots evenly on top and bake for 40 - 45 minutes, or until tots are golden brown and hot.
Sprinkle with remaining shredded cheese and bake an additional 5 minutes. Sprinkle with chopped parsley, if desired.
