Bowls:

Cheeses:

  • 1 cup Sliced cheese
  • 1 cup Colby and Monterey Jack Cubes
  • 1 cup Pepper Jack Cubes
  • 8 slices swiss, cheese cut into star shapes with small cookie cutters

Other:

  • 1 cup Small pretzels
  • 2 cups Green and red grapes

Instructions

  • To build the board place any items that will be placed in bowls on the board first and then build around those bowls!
  • Consider color of your items so that the colors are varied across the board.

Notes

Board options. My favorite is to use a wooden board, but it is not necessary. Any platter or tray can be used. You can even use a lined baking sheet.
Prep ahead of time. Prepare the cheese ahead of time and keep it stored in an airtight container in the fridge until you assemble the cheese board.
Make ahead of time. Assemble the board a few hours before serving. Cover with plastic wrap and store in the refrigerator.
STORE. Cover the board and store it in the fridge or place the different ingredients into separate containers and store them for later.
