Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup butter softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup ripe banana mashed
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/4 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp baking soda
  • 1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350.

  2. In a medium bowl, cream your butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in egg, banana and vanilla until combined.

  3. Mix flour, baking powder, salt and baking soda and gradually add to creamed mixture. Stir in chocolate chips.

  4. Scoop onto sprayed baking sheets. Bake at 350° for 10-14 minutes, the until edges are lightly browned.
