This recipe for apple crisp is filled with tender apples and topped with a crunchy streusel. It's heaven with a scoop of vanilla ice cream!

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  • Peel, core, and slice apples. Place in a 9x13 inch baking dish. In a bowl, mix sugar, 1 tablespoon flour, and ground cinnamon together. Sprinkle evenly over apples. Pour ½ cup of water evenly over all.
  • Add oats, 1 cup flour, brown sugar, baking powder, and baking soda to melted butter. Mix well. Evenly crumble over your apple mixture.
  • Bake for 45 minutes at 350°F. Enjoy warm with a scoop of Vanilla Ice Cream!!

STORE leftover apple crisp into single-serve portions in airtight containers. Store in the fridge for 2-3 days.
To reheat. Microwave in 30-second intervals until warm or heat up in a 350°F oven for about 15 minutes.
FREEZE Apple crisp unbaked or bake it and allow it to cool. Cover the apple crisp with plastic wrap then again with aluminum foil and label. It will keep in the freezer for up to 3 months.
To reheat. Thaw overnight in the fridge. Preheat the oven to 350°F and remove the plastic and foil.
