Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 2/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup butter softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2/3 cup light brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp McCormick® Pure Peppermint Extract
  • 3/4 cup white chocolate chips
  • 3/4 cup chopped chocolate mints

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. Mix flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt in medium bowl and set aside.
  3. In a large browl beat butter and sugar with a mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy
  4. Add eggs and extract - mix well.
  5. Gradually beat in flour mixture on low speed until well mixed. Stir in white chocolate chips and chopped chocolate mints.
  6. Place on greased cookie sheet and bake for 7-9 minutes.
  7. ENJOY!
