Triple Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe
Super soft, delicious and chewy Triple Chocolate Chip Cookies. White and milk chocolate chips and butterscotch chips combined to get the best taste.
- 3/4 cup butter softened
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp almond extract
- 2 cups flour
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup butterscotch chips
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350.
In your mixer, cream together butter and sugars. Add egg, vanilla and almond extract and beat until fluffy.
In a separate bowl mix flour, cornstarch, baking soda and salt. Add to creamed mixture and mix well.
Add all chocolate chips and mix until well combined.
Use cookie scoop to drop onto greased baking sheet. Bake for 6-9 minutes until golden brown.
